Mr. Jai Prakash has vast experience in HR spanning last 15 years.
He has been associated with Stempeutics since 2017 and has been playing an instrumental role in managing talent acquisition, performance management, developing strategic manpower plans, market research and improving productivity of the organization. In this journey, he has taken workforce planning synergy to a newer height and moved various business parameters to encouraging milestones.
Prior to his healthcare stint he was associated with several corporates such as: e4e Business Solutions India Pvt ltd. , Tutor Vista, Concentrix BPO Pvt ltd and Allsec Technologies Ltd. His entire professional career focuses on human resources management, workforce models and optimization, business and people analytics.
Mr. Jai holds a MBA in Human Resources and PGDBM from Magnus School of Business, Bangalore and Bachelors in Commerce from Bangalore University.
